Spending almost 20 years in business and corporate space, Liza has achieved professional growth, cultivated operational management and problem-solving skills through previous and current employment.
Growing up and working in a province in the Philippines allowed Liza to understand the importance of good ol’ hard work, determination and perseverance.
With extensive experience both as an ‘on-the-desk' professional to a virtual operations crew, Liza brings a full-on perspective of everyday life in the business.
Liza joined Greg in 2011 as a virtual support sidekick and has grown professionally ever since. She loves working on a full spectrum of business operations and is always on the lookout for the next project that will push her problem solving abilities.
Her role has now evolved as Operations Coordinator, working on the overall business operations front, centered on managing Your Business Momentum's day-to-day activities. It’s a varied position and no two days are the same - from spending time supporting the team to liaising and coordinating with suppliers, partners and clients.
Growing with the YBM team and helping them get through some of the more challenging days is a key motivation for her. Celebrating success whilst supporting each other through the challenges is what makes her job at YBM worthwhile.
When she’s not smoothing out the day-to-day at YBM, you might catch her watching movies, playing guitar, reading books or escaping to unheard beaches with her husband and two kids.
