Amy Thompson is the Owner and Manager of Monkey Business Catering. Starting up Monkey Business Catering (aged 24 and with her partners as business partners) wasn't too much of a surprise as she was raised on a large scale family farming operation where family, food & business were an ever present combination.
Amy loves food, people and the sense of community that happens when both comes together. She is an alumnus of Blue Mountains International Hotel School and have degrees in Events, Business & Hotel Management.
Today, 5 years on Monkey Business Catering is thriving! They specialise in corporate catering and look after a host of clients including banks, non-profits, schools, churches, industrial and all types of business in between. They were honoured to receive the Heritage Bank Excellence Business of the Year in 2018.
