The number and volume of systems required will vary from company to company. We will work with you to identify the scope of work and your priorities at the beginning of your engagement. We will then capture as much as possible in your extraction sessions and convert these sessions into documented processes.
All businesses are different – from the level of products and services offered, through to the size of the organisation. That said, typically a business can see the positive impacts from the systemisation of their business within as little as 3 months. Beyond the initial engagement, you can continue working with our team on a monthly basis. Of course, if you’re keen to speed things up, chat with us and we’ll let you know how we can help.
When systemising your business, we recommend that you get your leadership team involved and also your key team members. You want to get them involved as early as possible because it is important for your team to buy-in to these systems as you start to roll them out across the business. You can start to delegate some of those responsibilities as quickly as possible and it also helps you share the load across the business rather than having it all lumped on you, the business owner.

Meetings are conducted via Zoom. All sessions typically run between 60-90 minutes and are recorded.
After each process extraction interview, sessions are loaded into our project management tool. From there, sessions are cut into individual systems, documented, and loaded to your chosen platform. Typically, the first draft of a system is delivered within 7 days and you’re given a further 14 days to trial the system and request any changes. Once approved, systems are made active and team members are notified.
