Leading Dental is a growing and successful business that has been operating in the Dental industry for 11 years. With a growing team of 10, our client came to the realisation they needed some structured systems, as the business didn’t have any processes or systems formerly in place.
As the business operates in a customer based industry, customer satisfaction is paramount. The team needed the ability to pick up any person’s job anywhere along the line and be able to manage that effectively to get the best possible outcome for their valued customers.
Leading Dental was also looking to implement a way for new and current staff members to be able to learn and continue to progress their careers, perform well within the business and provide customer satisfaction.
By implementing the learnings from the project, the Leading Dental team developed the confidence needed to continue writing their processes and embed processes deeper into the business.
